Our Story
Meet USA’s journey began in 1986 when founder Sheena Yu established the first travel agency in Hawaii, specializing in personalized, small group travel. Over the years, the company expanded its offerings to cater to thousands of corporate clients, organizing large-scale conventions and business trips. With rich industry experience and a solid reputation, Sheena was appointed by the Los Angeles Tourism Board from 2014 to 2021 to manage strategic tourism partnerships across Greater China and the Asia-Pacific region.
After the COVID-19 pandemic, Sheena and her team reinvigorated their vision and founded Meet USA, a company dedicated to delivering premium and customized services in corporate incentive travel, business meeting planning, investment scouting, educational exchanges, and bespoke travel experiences.
Headquartered in Las Vegas, USA, Meet USA also operates offices in New York, Los Angeles, and Shanghai, China.
With 40 years of deep-rooted experience in the US travel industry, Meet USA maintains close ties with over 100 state, city, and local tourism boards, ensuring clients receive top-tier travel resources for an authentic “like a local” experience.
Our extensive hosting capabilities and robust capacity make us a leader in the industry. We have successfully managed hundreds of corporate travel groups, including several large-scale incentive trips with nearly ten thousand participants, earning trust from clients worldwide.
